Daniel Zabludowski has more than thirty-five years of experience representing clients in the areas of corporate and business planning, commercial, real estate, and loan transactions, and insurance matters. Mr. Zabludowski’s extensive experience in representing clients in business, real estate and insurance matters allows him to effectively assist parties in resolving their disputes as a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Professional Background

Mr. Zabludowski's business practice includes representing both sellers and purchasers involved in U.S. based and cross border commercial and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and in the sale and purchase of businesses. He also acts as general or special counsel, advising clients in a wide variety of planning issues including the formation, organization and structuring of business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, limited and general partnerships and joint ventures.

Mr. Zabludowski advises clients with respect to the legal and business aspects of operating, financing and expanding their businesses, and ownership succession planning. He acts as general or special counsel to closely held and family-owned businesses, assisting clients in a wide variety of planning issues, including but not limited to negotiating the acquisition and sale of businesses, organizing and planning new business ventures, and business restructuring and risk management.

Mr. Zabludowski also routinely advises clients on a full range of general and internal business matters, including corporate governance, risk management, labor and employment matters and severance disputes, consulting and management arrangements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements and the protection of trade secrets and intellectual property rights.

Mr. Zabludowski's real estate practice includes representing clients in the acquisition, leasing, financing and sale of commercial and residential real estate projects including hotel developments, shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses and apartment buildings.
