Jeffrey W. Fedna has litigated in civil matters including but not limited to employment and insurance matters. Mr. Fedna has dedicated a great majority of his time specializing in Civil Litigation. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal court.
Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctorate at Ave Maria School of Law in 2018. While at Ave Maria School of law, he interned for Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, where Jeffrey defended indigent people in dependency matters. Jeffrey participated as a Law Clinician in the Estate Planning Clinic at Ave Maria School of Law. In the Estate Planning Clinic, Jeffrey provided estate planning and probate assistance for underserved individuals. Mr. Fedna held leadership positions in the Latino Law Student Association and the Ave Maria Elder Law and Estate Planning Association.
Upon becoming licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, Jeffrey worked as a document Reviewer, evaluating and analyzing legal documents for law firms and corporations.
Prior to joining Pena, Garcia & Diz, Mr. Fedna served as an Associate Attorney specializing in employment and insurance litigation matters.
Jeffrey’s diverse experience working closely with both individuals and big corporations provides special perspective and insight into better serving our clients’ needs.
As the son of immigrant parents, Jeffrey understands the value of commitment and strong work ethic. He has lived most of his life in Tampa, Florida and is fully bilingual in English and Creole.
