Professional Background
Roberto is an Associate Attorney specializing in insurance litigation. With experience in both Plaintiff and Defense insurance litigation, Roberto is in a unique position to advocate for clients’ rights and deliver results through skilled legal representation. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, where he served as a Mentor of the Social Justice Living Learning Community and held leadership positions at Phi Sigma Pi, one of the school’s honor fraternities.
Roberto went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, where he served as an Editor for the FIU LAW REVIEW. As an Editor, Roberto led a team of students to ensure articles submitted for publication were correctly cited, typo free, and that all citations were correctly documented and preserved for future research.
Personal Background
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Roberto is an avid Florida State Seminoles fan and has no comment on their rival schools. During his free time, Roberto enjoys diving in the Florida Keys, reading One Piece, and attending conventions.
