Professional Background
Nick is an associate attorney at Pena Garcia & Diz. He attended California State University, Fresno where he received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. During his time at Fresno State, he was a member of the policy debate team and received All-American recognition by the Cross-Examination Debate Association for his performance.
Nick attended law school in Orlando, Florida at Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. During his law school tenure, he was a judicial intern at the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He also participated in the Internal Revenue Service's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program where he assisted and prepared tax returns for individuals.
